What is the master formula for being spiritual in every moment?

You are already the purest love there is. It's like Aladdin's cave - you're looking for the magic words that will open your heart and switch off your ego. I would like to tell you now that there is no magic word, no potion that can do that for you. Why? Because you already are. You are that person and you are radiating that love that is within. You don't have to strive for anything because it's already in you, with you, around you, and expressed through you. Stop right now to try and be this person that you have in your mind. There's no 'you' that is waiting to be awakened somewhere down the road. You are already that person that is full of love and compassion for yourself and for others. In each moment you are who you are. That sounds simplistic but it's true.

Just like a cell keeps dividing and keeps changing. Just like the earth moves around the sun. And the heart keeps beating. Just like that do you express yourself in every moment of your life in your most unique way. Do you think your heart should strive to beat differently? Do you think the earth should change its course ever so slightly to circulate just that little bit more perfect around the sun? Do you think the tree should just grow another five leaves because it would make it that little bit more tree-like? No, that would be silly, wouldn't it? So how come you think that by radiating and expressing that little bit more love and peace and compassion you would be a better being? Can you see now the flaw in your thinking? This is what is meant when people say, "you are already perfect." Because you are!

Those instances in your life when you don't feel peace and for some reason you're under the illusion you're anything but completely filled with love - those instances are just little flickers. It doesn't take away from your greatness. Ever. You can overcome these obstacles. Because love is stronger. The truth - your truth is what matters most. Because this is how you express your love for youself and for others in any given moment. Imagine all of the love you are to be a house. Then speaking, following, and acting on your truth are the bricks. Your truth is your being. Nobody and nothing can judge how you feel, what you do, what you eat or wear, what words you choose. Nobody can be a judge. And nothing is good or bad. It just is. Your truth is who you really are in any second of your life. Your truth is your unique fingerprint of your soul and your mind and your body. Do you believe there's such a thing as a false fingerprint? No, of course not.

The more unsettled you feel in your life, the more your ego gains in strength. Whenever you feel anything but blissful peace, check if your ego has gained in strength. Chances are, any anger or frustration, fear or resentment, hurt or sadness, insecurity or loss you feel are directly linked with your ego. Your pure soul doesn't know these feelings. It only recognises love and compassion. The human ego destroys worlds and creates wars. It's almighty powerful but it will never conquer love. That is a promise I can make to you.
How do you let your love conquer your ego? It takes practice and relearning to come from a place of love and not ego. Especially in a world where so many messages are carefully targeted at the ego: be more, have more, want more... Tell yourself over and over again: "I am perfect and pure love. I choose to come from a place of love. I ask my ego to step back and let my soul shine through." And then your truth will follow automatically as if it's a one-way street. It will take practice. Be persistent and continue on your path with utmost compassion for yourself.
