Self acceptance and self love
Often we can not describe what we really feel. It's a deep rooted issue that eats away at our core essence. And whilst we are aware of it, we are unable to do anything about it. At least that's how we perceive it.
You can, however, at all times and instantly move from pain to peace. At the flick of a light switch. And all it takes is your utmost conviction to flick that switch. Gather all the love and support you can from within and know that this strength will enable you to make the change.
What others think or feel about you, how they may judge you, is NOT your concern. How you judge yourself if the issue. Others are not the ones judging you - it's you. Your ego is your biggest threat. Most of the time these judgments are only based on your own self image and self perception. If you're aware of this, you can change it. Imagine you're wearing a new dress and you don't like the way you look in it. All your friends are genuinely admiring how lovely you look but you don't believe them...you can't see what they're seeing.
It's that kind of thinking that needs to stop immediately and be replaced by self love and acceptance. Don't allow any negative thoughts to enter your system. Immediately stop yourself and replace them with an honest and loving thought. Continue this for the rest of your life and your world will change inside and out.
