Gaining self esteem

When we are little, we learn by copying others. Other people become our idols as human beings. And we compare ourselves to them. That is how we learn the skills we need as a human beings. It is very rare though that we also get taught by others about our soul and how there is a magnificent being that is beyond the words we speak, the things we do, the clothes we wear, the way we look. It is our soul that always strives to experience love, joy, and peace.

You can learn how to transform the 'damage' that has been done to how you perceive yourself. You can learn that actually you should NOT compare yourself to others. Ever. You are unique in everything you do, you say, you feel. And you are enough at all times. You are perfect in each moment because even when you make what you call mistakes, they are perfect because they teach you and help you grow. And they help you experience what your soul has chosen to experience.

How often do you disagree with other people about a decision to be made? And what does this disagreement tell you? It shows you that there is no right and wrong but only a magnitude of possible interpretations. Take for example a clothes store. You are shopping. And you see some shirts on display that you don't like and wouldn't wear. Maybe it's a colour you don't like. Someone else might come past and love the shirt and end up buying it. It wasn't your preference but it was theirs. And that is perfect just the way it is. And there doesn't need to be any judgement about the shirt or the person who bought it. It just is the way it is. And the same way does this work with people. Never judge someone else for who they are, what they look like, what they do, the way they speak. For them, their existence is perfect because it brings them the experience their soul was seeking.

Nobody in this world has the right to judge anyone or anything. Nobody is more right than others. Not kings or queens, not political leaders, not the richest people in the world. Everyone is equal because everyone is here to experience their being. And just in the same way, nobody has the right to judge you, who you are, or what you've come here for. And least of all should you judge yourself. Be kind and compassionate for this what you are experiencing is not easy for you. Know that any perception of yourself that is anything but love is not real. It is a result of the conditioning you have experienced. And also know that whenever someone else judges you in whatever way, it is not real either because they have no right to do so.
